"Almost ten years have passed since our first meeting with Gary Draper and his son Jody. My husband and I decided to relocate to Eugene, Oregon. After five or six property transactions, and the many times we've called upon him and his family, neither he or Jody have ever let us down. When your making the transition from busy and employed to retired but still active and also changing to a new climate, in an area there you have no family or friends, it's extremely nice for your new "friend/realtor" to call and invite you to Thanksgiving dinner at his home. Jody told me where the tennis courts could be found and then rounded up some friends from his church group so I would have someone to play doubles with. There are too many of these niceties to list here, few of which come under the heading of real estate sales. The term "team Draper" seems to reach far beyone the mere business of dealing in properties, and more in the realm of "how can I be your friend when you need assistance"! As for the business of real estate, they have kept us from making foolish mistakes, kept us legal (several tax-deffered 1031's) and guided us to good mortgage contacts, insurance people, and a tax consultant.

It has bee several years since we've needed any help in regard to real estate matters, but i've happily been able to refer several friends to "team draper" as the most reliable and trustworthy people that you could possibly entrust with your important real estate questions and transactions."
